Payment is expected at the time of service, and we provide all necessary documentation for you to submit claims to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.

Understanding Out-of-Network Benefits
Check Your Coverage
Contact your insurance provider to understand your out-of-network health benefits, including deductibles, co-insurance rates, and reimbursement requirements.
Pay for Services
Payment is due at the time of service using your preferred payment method (HSA/FSA, credit card, etc.).
Submit Claim
Receive a detailed super bill with all necessary codes and documentation to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
