Payment is expected at the time of service, and we provide all necessary documentation for you to submit claims to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.

Payment Options

HSA/FSA Cards

We accept HSA and FSA cards for payment. We provide detailed billing statements that meet most plan requirements for documentation.

Credit/Debit Cards

Insurance Reimbursement

We provide super bills with CPT and ICD-10 codes for you to submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
